As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information to resolve issues efficiently. Provide accurate information regarding flights, reservations, and policies, ensuring that each interaction is resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and uphold the high standards of blithequark. Assist with other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a college degree preferred but not mandatory. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with previous experience in the airline industry being a plus but not necessary. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively. Knowledge of the airline industry, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Ability to speak multiple languages, with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
