Purpose and Scope of the Role The Remote Customer Care Liaison at arenaflex collaborates with cross-divisional teams, customers, and healthcare providers to support effective and efficient customer service operations within the assigned function(s). In this capacity, you will provide excellent customer service through timely and accurate communication, ensuring that all customer requests are facilitated in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Process received orders in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and maintaining detailed data in the applicable system(s) to monitor account activity as necessary. Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, ensuring the facilitation of diverse customer requests and collaborating with cross-divisional teams to coordinate customer service orders in a timely and accurate manner. Assist with various projects as assigned by your direct supervisor, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges. Perform other duties as assigned, showcasing your flexibility and commitment to delivering exceptional results. Education and Experience Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a High School Diploma and have 1-2 years of related experience in customer care or a similar field. Your experience should demonstrate your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking concurrent priorities in an organized manner, and providing exceptional customer service with a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude. Essential Skills and Qualifications Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications.
