**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of evolving products and services
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every interaction
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* A strong ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
* A willingness to learn and grow, with a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Gaming experience (a plus, but not required!)
* Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* A strong ability to work in a team environment, with a collaborative and supportive attitude
* A willingness to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
