**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and text messaging. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their queries, provide product information, and offer personalized recommendations. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to and engaging in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner
* Providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet our high standards
* Engaging with conversations within 1 minute of receipt to ensure timely resolution
* Identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless operations
* Working a set minimum number of conversations per hour to meet our productivity standards
* Operating within multiple software platforms to ensure seamless integration and efficiency
* Maintaining a high ERA (Efficiency Rating Average) above 10% to meet our performance standards
**Education & Skills Required**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
* Access to high-speed internet to ensure seamless communication
* A high school diploma or GED as a minimum educational requirement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries and issues
* Proficiency in multiple software platforms to ensure seamless integration and efficiency
**Work Schedule**
Our Remote Chat Agents work a flexible schedule that includes:
* Monday (OFF)
* Tuesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
* Wednesday (OFF)
* Thursday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
* Friday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
* Saturday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
* Sunday (OFF)
