Job Overview

This pivotal role will provide essential support to C-suite executives, ensuring the organization's operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Remote Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Maintain and update calendars for optimal time management and efficiency, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are scheduled and coordinated effectively.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and manage logistics for meetings in Washington, D.C.
- Expense Reporting: Oversee and submit expense reports utilizing designated software, with comprehensive training provided to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Meeting Support: Support logistics for meetings, including managing transportation and catering needs, to ensure that all events run smoothly.
- Recruitment Process: Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes and participating in candidate evaluations during bi-weekly meetings, providing valuable insights and support.
- Communication: Provide exceptional verbal and written communication skills, responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with C-suite executives, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, providing a strong foundation for success in this position.
