**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) - MSP, your key responsibilities will include:
* Safely loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections and efficient operations.
* Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related incidents.
* Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion, while maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency.
* Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to the customer's destination.
* Providing exceptional customer service to passengers and airline staff, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication.
**Work Environment and Schedule:**
As an Experienced Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) - MSP, you will work in a fast-paced airport environment, with varying shifts and schedules to meet operational needs. Shifts may range from early morning to overnight, with a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week, based on seniority.

* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
* Have a valid driver's license.
