As a Ramp Agent, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to living these values every day and making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, your primary responsibilities will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Maintaining a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often in harsh weather conditions. Shifts will vary, ranging from early morning to overnight, and you will be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on operational needs.
