As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that values diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Project Manager, Global Customer Care, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, managing cross-functional teams, and driving project success from initiation to closure. You will work closely with stakeholders, team members, and leadership to develop and execute project plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from home two days per week, while still being part of a collaborative and dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead the development of project charters and management plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Direct, manage, monitor, and control projects, evaluating tradeoffs and making informed decisions to ensure project success. • Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope, creating detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and communicating effectively with managers and team members. • Develop and manage project Gantt charts, analyzing critical path and major workstreams to ensure timely delivery. • Collaborate with supervisors and/or project PMs to establish sub-project budgets, monitoring and maintaining costs within budget. • Develop and execute risk management plans, identifying, analyzing, and understanding project risks, and developing and monitoring risk response plans. • Estimate, acquire, and assign project team resources, defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for each team member. • Develop and execute stakeholder management plans, based on the identification, analysis, and understanding of stakeholder expectations. • Develop and execute communications management plans, ensuring effective communication with project team members and key stakeholders. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, depending on complexity, and prioritize tasks and schedules accordingly. • Manage cross-functional teams to complete projects and achieve objectives, serving as the PMO project lifecycle expert on the team. • Perform project status reporting, exercising good judgment when escalating project and operational risks. • Leverage PM tools to manage open actions, risks, key decisions, and lessons learned. • Actively engage in improving PMO processes, knowledge platforms, and culture. **Essential Qualifications** • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management. • 4+ years of project management-related work experience, with demonstrated experience managing or leading projects of varying complexity through the full project lifecycle. • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or other tools. • Certification in Project Management, such as CAPM or PMP. • Utilization of agile and/or waterfall planning methodology. • Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes for product design. • Lead projects for medical devices or regulated industries. **Preferred Qualifications** • Master's Degree in a relevant field. • 6+ years of project management-related work experience. • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices. • Experience with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp. **Skills and Competencies** • Strong project management skills, with experience leading multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, team members, and leadership. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs and make informed decisions. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment. • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a member of our team, you will have opportunities for career growth and professional development, including: • Training and development programs, such as project management certification courses. • Mentorship and coaching from experienced project managers. • Opportunities for advancement to senior project management roles. • Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with opportunities to work on high-profile projects. **Work Environment and Company Culture** blithequark is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where employees feel valued, respected, and supported.
