Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI/ML Product Development: Design, develop, and implement AI/ML products that address critical business problems, leveraging expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and analysts to integrate data insights into business strategies and inform product roadmaps.
- Develop Scalable Solutions: Architect and deploy robust, efficient, and scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud-based technologies and programming languages like Python, BigQuery, Spark, etc.
- Drive Innovation: Research emerging trends and advancements in AI/ML; apply this knowledge to solve complex problems and drive business growth.
- Communicate Insights Effectively: Present findings, recommendations, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership, via clear reports, visualizations, and presentations.
- Mentor Junior Team Members: Guide junior product managers and team members on project execution, best practices, and professional development.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Data Scientist, with a focus on developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
- Strong programming skills in at least one language (Python, SQL, Spark, C++).
- Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and analytical rigor.
- Experience working in agile environments, with iterative development cycles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Data Scientist, with a focus on developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
- In-depth knowledge of deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), NLP concepts and tools, generative AI models, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (including Python, SQL, Spark, C++, CUDA) and familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, D3.js.
