Your responsibilities will include: Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns Providing support to policyholders with policy changes and adjustments Offering recommendations and adjusting policies as necessary to meet policyholders' needs Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: 6 months of customer service experience (minimum) High School Graduate or GED Ability to type 25 wpm Comfort with desktop computer systems Proven oral and written communication skills Logical problem-solving skills Availability to work various shifts Ability to use Windows operating systems Organization and work prioritization skills Preferred qualifications include 6 months of call center experience.
