**Job Summary**
As a Pharmacy Customer Services Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and customers. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure our patients receive the care they need. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and customers via phone, email, and in-person
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service and resolve complex issues
* Guide customers through the pharmacy benefit investigation process and provide accurate information
* De-escalate conflicts and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
* Perform other related duties as needed
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in a direct-to-consumer or customer environment
* High School diploma or equivalency required
* Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with clients (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
* An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
* Ability to follow explicit directives
* Intrinsic motivation, client-driven service disposition, excellent time management skills, team approach, and basic computer skills
* Schedule flexibility with holiday and weekend rotation may be required
* Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2 years of higher learning education
* Previous work experience in a highly dynamic and changing environment
* Medical, dental, and vision benefits become effective the first day of the month following 30 days of employment
* Employees are fully vested in their 401(k) after 90 days of employment
* PTO is preloaded; not accrued. New employees are prorated 100 hours of PTO (12.5 days) and then increased to 140 hours (17.5 days) upon anniversary
* Tenure vacation bonus: $1,000 upon 3-year anniversary and $2,500 upon 5-year anniversary
