As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages growth, learning, and collaboration. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Representative – Weekend Remote (Full Time), you will be responsible for: * Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accurate and efficient service. * Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing expert guidance and support. * Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits, resolving any issues that may arise. * Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications, including reporting and data management. * Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. * Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications, providing clear and concise information. * Adapting to changing processes and needs of various clients, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn. * Performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions. * Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude. **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial: * Experience in workers' compensation law, providing a deeper understanding of the industry and its complexities. * Editing skills, allowing you to refine and perfect written communication. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Health insurance, providing peace of mind and financial security. * Dental insurance, ensuring your oral health is protected. * 401(k) plan, helping you save for your future. * Paid time off, allowing you to recharge and relax. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At blithequark, we pride ourselves on creating a positive and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, growth, and learning.
