Key Responsibilities Facilitate virtual tours on FaceTime/Google Meets to showcase Tiny Homes and provide an immersive experience for potential buyers Edit, create, and organize high-quality photo and video content to showcase Tiny Homes and promote the Tiny House lifestyle Utilize social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, to market and advertise Tiny Home content, engage with followers, and build a community around the Tiny House Society Email, text, and call new and old leads provided to convert them into sales and build strong relationships with clients Maintain a "whatever-it-takes" mindset to ensure exceptional customer service and support Use Facebook Marketplace to reach out to Tiny Home Sellers, post Tiny Homes, and promote the Tiny House Society Communicate promptly with Tiny Home Buyers and Sellers to ensure seamless transactions and build trust Essential Qualifications Experience in marketing, social media, or a related field, with a proven track record of success Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Familiarity with Google Meets, Google Drive, and Facebook Marketplace is preferred Apple, iPhone, and Mac users are preferred, but not required Preferred Qualifications Experience in the real estate or housing industry, with a focus on Tiny Homes or alternative living Knowledge of video editing software and photo editing tools Experience with email marketing, lead generation, and sales conversion Ability to quickly recover from adversity and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a starting pay of $1,200 paid after the sale of your first Tiny Home. After your second Tiny Home is sold, your pay will increase to $20 per hour, plus a $500 bonus. You'll also receive an additional $500 bonus after six consecutive Tiny Home sales. Our benefits include a flexible schedule, remote work environment, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. We provide great leads, zero cold calling, and Tiny Home accounts to begin marketing. We'll work together to sell a Tiny Home within your first month, and you'll have the support and resources you need to succeed.
