**The Role**
As a Part Time Storage Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the site manager with facility operations
* Answering phone inquiries from active and prospective customers
* Showing storage units, explaining the terms of rental agreements, and preparing rental contracts
* Performing general routine property cleanup and minor repair work
* Ensuring that all vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure, and available for new customers
* Participating in ongoing continuous arenaflex education through our training programs

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record
* Excellent communication skills
* Availability to work on weekends and holidays
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate risks or discomforts
* Physical demands include long periods of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
**Work Environment**
As a Part Time Storage Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields to ensure your safety. You'll also be expected to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
