Your primary objectives will be to: * Provide world-class service to customers, ensuring their travel experience is smooth and pleasant * Demonstrate strict adherence to uniform compliance, maintain professionalism, and exhibit a positive attitude inside and outside of work * Use a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets, manage the check-in process, and ensure customers have the proper documentation for travel * Tag baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts, handling items at floor level, and waist level * Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures * Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding, using computers to check seat availability, gate announcements, flight status, and baggage handling * Operate jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors * Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures **Benefits and Perks** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our employees' growth and well-being.
