As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a team that values creativity, individuality, and the art of drag. **Position Overview** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our guests with a friendly, engaging, and professional attitude. This includes answering the company phone, responding to voicemails, emailing guests who have questions about our drag queen-hosted tours, and managing bookings using our reservation management system.
