**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

* Accurately recording customer interactions and maintaining detailed case notes in our CRM system

**Required Qualifications**
