You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with customers will be the key to building trust, loyalty, and satisfaction. You'll work closely with our Customer Success Supervisor to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer customer interactions via telephone, email, and chat in a friendly and relatable manner * Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand * Empathize with customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line * Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of our customers are being met * Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift * Collaborate with external teams to support business and customer needs * Participate in additional projects and initiatives to support the growth and success of arenaflex **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role * Access to a consistently stable internet connection * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members * On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Knowledge of the fashion and retail industry * Familiarity with subscription-based services * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building trust and loyalty **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
