Job Overview This part-time role is based at blithequark's location in Outtoday, offering a competitive hourly compensation of $25.00 - $28.00. As a part-time team member, you will contribute to our customer service department's success by servicing spare parts sales order management, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, and managing orders through to delivery. Your expertise in data entry and order processing will be essential in driving our customer satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers, sales, and service representatives to handle pre-sales and post-sales service functions related to domestic and international order processing, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries. Process orders for materials for both domestic and international requests, adhering to blithequark's policies and practices, and coordinate activities such as order entry, acknowledgement, revision, and preparation of shipping documents. Receive customer requests, prepare documents and trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing, and exchanges, and update databases with the status of returned materials and accounts for returns inventory. Record and report the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date. Ensure service information is accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms, handle requests for additional company materials, and maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, and product pricing. Resolve return credit problems, coordinate the transfer of consigned material, and perform activities associated with order tracking and customs clearance by working with transportation carriers and brokers. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Direct customer support experience, including administrative experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. Order processing experience or an equivalent combination of formal training in logistics, data processing, marketing, international business, finance, and accounting, production control, or related office and business education. Proficiency in utilizing business tools such as E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in HCM (e.g., Workday), SAP, Salesforce equivalent ERP product, and productivity software desired. An Associate degree or equivalent, with 1-3 years of related experience in data entry, order processing, or a similar field. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving customer satisfaction goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and improve processes.
