Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to blithequark standards Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and corrective repairs Provide exceptional customer support, working collaboratively with clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction Work effectively in a team environment, maintaining a positive and supportive attitude Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification Valid driver's license Technical aptitude to repair machines and equipment Ability to lift 50 pounds Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service) Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beverage or food industry Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
