As a service technician, you will be working directly with clients to install, maintain, and repair soft drink fountain machines, as well as providing general technical support and guidance. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment in accordance with arenaflex standards Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and cosmetic repairs Provide exceptional customer support and service, working collaboratively with clients to resolve issues and address their needs Work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives Essential Qualifications To be successful in this part-time customer support role at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification Valid driver's license Technical aptitude to repair machines and equipment Ability to lift 50 pounds Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset in this part-time customer support role at arenaflex: Bachelor's degree in a related field Previous experience in a customer support or technical role Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and tasks Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
