Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, directing them to the proper departments as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root causeاجر of customer issues and resolve them efficiently Explain contract details to customers, ensuring they understand their agreements and benefits Manage existing customer relationships, providing peace of mind and worry-free experiences Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts, demonstrating a customer-centric approach Engage in interactive and communicative interactions with management and co-workers, utilizing camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management Key to Success To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
