Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent service as the first point of contact to our customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and provide information with amazing customer service Make outbound appointment setting calls from already generated inquiries, using your excellent communication skills to build rapport and secure appointments Maintain accurate and useful database records, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible Manage and monitor SMS (texting platform) and deliver the same amazing customer service as taking calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via text Essential Duties and Responsibilities Have a designated and approved in-home workspace, with a secondary workspace available in case of technical difficulties Meet the wired internet speed requirements (tested before hiring), with no satellite internet allowed Receive inbound calls, place outbound follow-up calls, and answer SMS messages in a timely and professional manner Answer questions about product details, company information, and account issues for customers, providing clear and concise information Perform basic account maintenance activities, ensuring that customer accounts are up-to-date and accurate Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics, consistently delivering high-quality service and support Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to type 40 wpm+ and work on a computer for extended hours as scheduled. You'll also need to have excellent active listening skills, with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
