**The Role**
As a Part Time Customer Service Advisor - German, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service across telephone, social media, webchat, and email. You'll be a brand ambassador for our clients, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer is at the heart of every conversation
* Handling customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with the customer service team to drive sales and customer engagement
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert advice
* Working closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement customer-centric strategies
**What We're Looking For**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the luxury beauty and fashion industry
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on customer service
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
* Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
* Proficiency in German, with a C2 level of English required
* Experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline

**Education and Qualifications**
While not essential, we welcome applications from candidates with a background in fashion retail, marketing, or communications. Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in fashion retail or a related field, are also desirable.

* Part-time, 20 hours per week
* Wednesday: 9am-6pm
* Thursday: 2pm-6pm
* Friday: 9am-6pm
* Start date: 18th October 2024
* End date: 31st January 2025

* Remote (WFH) or in our Southend-on-Sea office
