Your tasks will include: * Coordinating orders and ensuring timely delivery * Processing and submitting customer quotes * Investigating and resolving customer concerns * Answering phone calls and responding to emails * Providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex problems You will be the face of blithequark, and your professionalism and kindness will make all the difference in building strong relationships with our customers.
