Key Responsibilities Live Chat Interaction : Engage with customers in real-time through online chat, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance with a focus on customer satisfaction. Problem Resolution : Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, aiming to exceed customer expectations and uphold arenaflex's high standards. Product Knowledge : Stay updated on arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Multitasking : Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality in responses and problem-solving. What You Will Do Provide Excellent Customer Service : Deliver exceptional service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and responding with professionalism and empathy.
