**Job Summary**
As a Multilingual B2B Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in assisting our members generate qualified B2B leads from our online directory and offline database. Your main focus will be to build and maintain solid business relationships with members, plan free trials, identify and qualify leads, and arrange video conference calls with prospects and existing clients. You'll also make outbound calls to companies who could benefit from our services and meet and exceed targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist members generate qualified B2B leads from our online directory and offline database
* Build and maintain solid business relationships with members
* Plan free trials and identify and qualify leads with both new and existing customers
* Follow all CRM and database procedures
* Arrange and conduct video conference calls with prospects and existing clients
* Make outbound calls to companies who could benefit from our services
* Meet and exceed targets
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2 years' quota carrying sales or customer service experience
* Fluency in Russian
* Fluency in Ukrainian
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in CRM software and database management
