Key Responsibilities Serve as a critical operational and strategic foundation for the Marketing organization by providing data-driven insights that inform planning and execution. Design and develop interactive and visual dashboards that offer self-service, action-oriented insights to marketers and Global Sales Development leaders, tracking progress against key performance indicators and corporate goals. Analyze complex business issues and trends by leveraging data from various internal sources and dashboards, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key marketing stakeholders by presenting findings and insights that enhance Marketing's contribution to the Sales organization. Collaborate with peers, cross-functional stakeholders, and IT to identify and implement data-driven insights that drive business outcomes. Propose innovative strategies and metrics to measure Marketing's performance, continually improving the function's effectiveness. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you must possess a unique blend of technical, analytical, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 5 years of experience working within Marketing or Marketing operations teams at global companies, with a proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making. Advanced skills in data analysis, including the ability to gather, normalize, and analyze data from multiple sources. Intermediate-level SQL skills are required. Proficiency in Tableau and data visualization, with a deep understanding of how to effectively display data to tell compelling stories for marketers. Advanced MS Excel skills and manual data management capabilities. The ability to interpret data intuitively, moving beyond mere number reporting to derive meaningful insights. A meticulous approach to verifying the accuracy and reliability of data before publishing updates and results. Logical thinking to translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical implementation. A passion for learning and data analysis, with a self-motivated and curious mindset that drives you to ask clarifying questions and research issues thoroughly. Excellent communication and PowerPoint skills to present insights, methodologies, and recommendations to executives and stakeholders effectively. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
