**Job Description**
As a Live Chat Remote Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels. Your duties will include:
* Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Offering promotional discounts and providing helpful resources and information to customers
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
