**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and claims in a professional and timely manner
* Providing A+ customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail
* Working with insurance carriers to ensure smooth transactions and top-notch service
* Supporting Account Managers with quotes, reports, and client correspondence
* Identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell and help clients maximize their coverage
**What You Bring to the Table**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (Independent Agency preferred)
* Active P&C License – you're legit!
* Stellar communication and customer service skills that make clients feel valued
* Insane attention to detail – you catch what others miss
* Proficiency in insurance software (AMS360, Applied Epic) & Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment
