As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional for Small Business Sales and Service, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. About the Role As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional for Small Business Sales and Service at blithequark, you will be responsible for servicing inbound calls from small business owners and decision-makers, understanding their needs, and recommending the right blithequark products and services to meet their requirements. You will deliver high levels of product and service knowledge, provide extraordinary customer care, and continuously improve your key selling skills. Key Responsibilities Service inbound calls from small business owners and decision-makers, engaging and consulting with them to understand their needs and recommend the right blithequark products and services Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate product features, benefits, and other elements of blithequark Small Business Services Continuously improve key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales Provide extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment Document necessary account information according to established policies and procedures Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices Essential Qualifications Customer service experience (two years+) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication Proven success in a customer service and sales environment (two years+) Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available Ability to work in a hybrid model, with some days on-site and some days virtual, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications Experience owning or working in a small business is a plus Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or service environment Strong knowledge of blithequark products and services, or ability to quickly learn and understand our offerings Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to helping our colleagues grow and develop in their careers. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 to $21.65 hourly, plus bonus and benefits.
