- Assist with the analysis, intake, and operationalization of new employee services, from pre-hire to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for our employees.
- Perform system and testing audits as requested, analyzing and documenting results and discrepancies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality.
Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool, including Mass Uploads (EIB) and data management.
- Proven project management, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in sheets/excel, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive insights.
- A strong interest in HR and talent management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving process improvements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems using rigorous logic and methodologies, with a focus on finding creative solutions that meet the needs of our employees and stakeholders.
- A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred, although not required, with relevant experience in HR operations, talent management, or a related field.
- Experience with Workday Data Analyst, HR area, or as a HR Generalist is a plus, as is experience with Zendesk ticketing system.
