As a key member of our remote high-volume call center team, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and referral sources, providing empathetic and personalized support to address their inquiries and concerns. **Job Highlights:** * Competitive salary and monthly bonus incentive opportunity * 100% remote work environment * Immediate openings available * Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST schedule after training and nesting period * Opportunity for advancement and professional growth * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA employer contributions, and dependent care FSA employer match * Generous PTO, 401K savings plan, paid parental leave, and more * Walgreens discount program and great company culture with a sense of community **Job Description:** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Phone Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Responding to approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day from patients, providers, and referral sources * Collecting clinical and demographic information and entering it into arenaflex's CareCentrix portal * Providing empathetic and personalized support to address patient inquiries and concerns * Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients, providers, and referral sources * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and information * Complying with all company policies, including HIPAA/PHI * Meeting and exceeding individual performance goals in the areas of call quality, attendance, adherence, and other contact center objectives **Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or GED * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment * Minimum 1 year of experience working in the healthcare or medical industry with medical terminology * Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications * Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 30 WPM, data entry while active listening) * Basic PC and search engine abilities (e.g., using the mouse to click, troubleshooting, working with Microsoft Office, opening a browser, using a search engine, bookmarking a site, and navigating the use of back/forward buttons) **Internet Requirements:** * Speeds: 2mb/10mb upload and 10mb/25mb download or higher * High-speed Internet: Fiber or Cable connection required * DSL, Satellite, Wireless, and Hotspot are prohibited due to poor connections * While working, required to hardwire with an Ethernet cable **What We Offer:** * Starting pay for external hires is $17.50/hour + monthly incentive bonus opportunity * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA employer contributions, and dependent care FSA employer match * Generous PTO, 401K savings plan, paid parental leave, and more * Advancement opportunities, professional skills training, and tuition reimbursement * Walgreens discount program and great company culture with a sense of community **CareCentrix Maintains a Drug-Free Workplace:** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer.
