Experienced Full-Time Onsite Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist for blithequark – Delivering Exceptional Client Support and Pharmacy Solutions

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client support, handling prescription orders for veterinary medicine, and ensuring an unparalleled client and facility experience. Job Overview In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing world-class support to our pet-parent clients and colleagues. Your primary responsibilities will include connecting with veterinary facilities to obtain prescription approvals, resolving client issues, and explaining order requests. You will also be responsible for data entry of prescriptions into our healthcare software, ensuring a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders. Key Responsibilities: Connect directly with veterinary facilities to obtain prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests Analyze and troubleshoot to determine appropriate solutions for clients and center partners, and follow up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues Complete data entry of prescriptions into blithequark healthcare software Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders Work with empathy, undivided attention, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike Communicate with veterinary facilities via phone (and occasionally other stations on a case-by-case basis) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to navigate solutions and record center note accounts Expect a significant part of the typical business day to be outbound veterinary center/client phone contacts Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications: 2 years of experience working in a client or healthcare-centered environment Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes) Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and demonstrate attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook High school education or equivalent Must be able to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Experience working in a pharmacy or veterinary environment Ability to speak multiple languages Experience with data entry and order processing software Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Experience with data entry and order processing software Ability to learn and navigate new software and systems Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work with empathy, patience, and kindness Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
