You will work closely with our IT and business teams to identify and mitigate security risks, develop and implement security protocols, and provide expert guidance on security best practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Regulate information security instruments, including fixing, upgrading, investigating, testing, and reporting * Audit information loss prevention (DLP) alerts within a target timeframe * Maintain information security software upgrade schedules to test and upgrade our technical solutions continuously * Resolve information loss alerts by executing remediation procedures and defensive controls * Test and tune information identification solutions to reduce false positives * Develop guides to investigate, test, and implement new features within our toolsets * Foster new strategies using regex, AI, fingerprinting, and dictionaries to screen unique data types * Collaborate with other areas of the business to report identified business processes handling sensitive information and provide best practice suggestions * Ensure existing business processes meet information security best practices * Approve processes and propose security upgrades, implementing proposed upgrades to the organization * Team up with the business to lead discovery outputs to identify sensitive data, auditing results with information owners, and providing guidance on how to safely store that information * Audit existing organizational design, architecture, and strategies and survey overall implementation against best practices * Assess and develop new information security solutions in line with cloud requirements, operationalizing these solutions to deliver value to the business * Execute defensive controls in the cloud to ensure the privacy, integrity, and availability of information * Successfully communicate information security ideas to non-technical business leaders **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information security, or a related field * At least 2 years of experience working with DLP technologies, including a strong understanding of how data in motion, data at rest, and data in use is monitored * Solid technical knowledge of secure models, system architectures, policies, and procedures * Experience with planning and automating information security processes for cloud environments, including AWS * Familiarity with structured and unstructured data * Experience working with Information Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions * Experience managing Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions * Experience with deploying and managing information security solutions * Experience with managing devices using Microsoft Intune * Understanding of regulatory frameworks, such as PCI and GDPR * Innovative and adaptable mindset, with a strong customer-centric approach * Reliably prioritizes the security and integrity of self, others, and personal data * Embraces diverse individuals, perspectives, and styles **Preferred Qualifications** * Professional certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or SANS GIAC * Cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect * Four-year degree in Network Security, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program and employee assistance program * Paid time off, including holidays and vacation days * Access to arenaflex's employee resource groups and diversity initiatives * Opportunities to participate in community outreach and volunteer programs **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced security professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
