**Key Responsibilities:**

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Four-year degree in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or logistics

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of operations professionals
* Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodologies
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ continuous improvement certifications
* Lithe, PMP, or similar accreditation
* Proven experience in change management and project management
* Strong industry knowledge and experience in logistics and transportation
* Experience with Cargowise or similar global shipping platforms
