We are proud of our high employee engagement score of 86 and have an inclusive and diverse culture where every voice counts. **Job Summary** As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls from business customers inquiring about arenaflex products and services. You will build customer and brand loyalty by addressing inquiries and handling customer needs with a high level of respect and professionalism. You will also create customized solutions to acquire new business, promote arenaflex products and services to existing customers, and provide sales support to existing customers wanting to make changes to their accounts. **Key Responsibilities** - Respond to inbound calls within the inside sales environment from business customers inquiring about arenaflex products and services. - Build customer and brand loyalty by addressing inquiries and handling customer needs with a high level of respect and professionalism. - Create customized solutions to acquire new business utilizing the sales tactics learned through training programs, sales model, and mentoring process. - Proactively promote arenaflex products and services to existing customers for cross/up-sell opportunities by following the growth sales process from initiation to close. - Provide sales support to existing customers wanting to make changes to their accounts. - Perform sales retention by using sales tactics learned through the training and mentoring process. - Accountable for meeting or exceeding performance metrics identified by CRC and Customer Experience leadership around customer experience, sales activity, and sales revenue. - Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers. - As business needs arise, may be required to assist the sales team focused on Residential customers. - Exemplify high levels of quality, productivity, and efficiency in a manner consistent with continuous quality improvement. - Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent. **Qualifications** - Self-starter and a strong work ethic. - Strong research, investigation, and problem-resolution skills. - Strong verbal, written, typing, and interpersonal communication skills. - Spanish bilingual fluency, in a business environment. - High school diploma or GED. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or sales environment. **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you will work from home and be required to be on video in internal meetings and trainings.
