You'll bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating technical discussions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes. **Key Responsibilities**
As an experienced technology program/project manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Directing complex Gen AI proof-of-concepts, implementations, and enterprise adoption projects
* Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical and strategic planning
* Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
* Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and mapping them to business outcomes
* Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
* Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards
**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of experience in technology program/project management, with a focus on Gen AI and cloud computing
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction
* Comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices
* Strong technical credibility across diverse stakeholders, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate technical discussions and ensure alignment with customer outcomes
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to decompose complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* AWS certifications, such as the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional
* Experience with cloud adoption frameworks, such as the Well-Architected Framework or Cloud Adoption Framework
* Strong understanding of Gen AI concepts, including natural language processing, machine learning, and deep learning
* Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks
