**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and software applications that meet business needs.
* Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, creating detailed reports, and performing data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients.
* Designing and developing software applications for internal clients.
* Evaluating data needs for assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
* Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions.
* Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2-4+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
+ Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.)
+ Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
+ Reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
+ Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
+ Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL
+ Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
* Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
* Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
* Crystal Reporting experience preferred
