**The Role**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Voice of the Customer (VOC) analytics and insights team. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, customer insights, and technical skills will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform business decisions
* Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
* Provide guidance to improve competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
* Power customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools
* Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
* Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
**Essential Qualifications**
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
* Experience working with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Ability to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
* Experience working with machine learning algorithms and models
* Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
