**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new clients into our paid services programs. You'll be responsible for creating and managing a sales pipeline, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and presenting compelling solutions to drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities**
* Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients for arenaflex's paid services programs
* Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs, goals, and pain points
* Create and present compelling solutions to drive business outcomes
* Prospect and close business to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
* Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and make decisive decisions
* Use client data to inform proposals that drive business growth and success
* Conduct and follow up on metrics to measure the success and quality of vendors in your region
* Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com, to track client data and sales progress
* Prepare and present business reviews to stakeholders on the progress and condition of the sales pipeline
* Develop a thorough understanding of the arenaflex Commercial Center external service industry, including knowledge of competing product offerings
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive change, eliminate roadblocks, and close business
* Manage additional tasks while maintaining a current book of business, such as mentorship and sales analysis as needed
**Essential Capabilities**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including 4 years of sales experience in E-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software industries
* At least 4 years of business-to-business sales experience
* Proven ability to effectively influence at all levels within an organization, especially at the executive level
* Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
* Ability to make decisions that prioritize the client's best interests
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Ability to work with legal, product, and internal stakeholders to agree on solutions
* Strong business acumen, demonstrated ability to influence others
* Solid analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
