**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Data Analysis and Business Insights, you will be responsible for supporting our business leaders in all aspects of data analysis, including data collection, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth, and develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various digital channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and advertising platforms to create actionable insights that drive customer engagement and revenue growth
* Manage and maintain all data, including advertising data, customer data, website data, product data, and operational data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth, and develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business results
* Examine data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that enhance business performance and inform business decisions
* Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that enable teams to visualize data insights and track performance
* Develop and maintain documentation that outlines data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
* Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth
* Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including business leaders, marketing teams, and external partners
* Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics
* 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or related field
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and develop insights
* Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and experience working with databases
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Microstrategy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a related field
* Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
* Certification in data science or business analytics
* Experience working in a cloud-based environment, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
