As an Associate Individual Moneylender (OK), you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by building strong relationships with our clients. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their financial needs, provide personalized solutions, and help them achieve their financial goals. **Key Responsibilities**
* Participate in the delivery of exceptional customer experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing relevant products, services, and automated solutions to help clients succeed financially
* Assist clients with basic referencing related to opening new accounts, completing affiliation requests, and submitting credit applications
* Receive guidance from managers and exercise judgment within defined procedures and guidelines
* Support the perception of bank products and services to meet clients' requirements
* Help clients to understand and gather information about banking products and services
* Provide reasonable decisions to banking products and services to the client
* Derive clients' financial needs to various advanced subject matter experts and partners as necessary
**This Position Requires**
* 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles, or equivalent experience through one or a combination of the following work, education, military experience, or leadership
* Experience in managing complex transactions across various systems
* Ability to proactively attract clients through outreach via phone or email
* Ability to plan and assist clients to move and understand the value of versatile financial decisions
* Ability to help clients succeed financially by offering additional resources as necessary
* Experience working with others in a team to address client issues
* Ability to develop strong relationships with internal partners
* Ability to follow procedures, hypotheses, and rules
* Ability to identify and report potential security risks and take certified action to prevent catastrophe
* Ability to communicate with reasonableness and excellent skill with clients and partners
* Basic military experience in working with military shows and directives, selected evaluations, official/authority recognizing
* Suitable military experience in assessing working for personnel helps the trailblazers, overseeing military staff demands or advances, wartime plan exercises, HR or military signing up
