**The Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to drive success and excellence in our content development process. You'll work closely with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and areas for improvement in our development process. You'll collaborate with the team to generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and development timeline, implement the selected answer, and help the adoption of the solution by the team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas for improvement in our development process across multiple disciplines
* Preserve, extend, and aid present development gear
* Build and guide custom asset pipelines
* Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
* Collaborate with the team to generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and development timeline, implement the selected answer, and help the adoption of the solution by the team
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong passion for empowering others to do their best work
* Enjoy working with the overall device lifecycle: identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness
* Enjoy growing gear which can be utilized by many game development disciplines
* Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech
* Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment
* Experience with custom game engines, Unreal, or Unity is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with JavaScript and Net Tech
* Familiarity with required utility materials
* Resume outlining applicable experience
