**What You’ll Do**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Efficiently managing a high volume of inbound calls** in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
* **Listening actively** to understand customer needs and offering clear, accurate information to resolve their queries.
* **Accessing cardholder accounts** to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
* **Assisting cardholders** with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, with a focus on providing accurate and timely information.
* **Processing transactions efficiently** via web-based applications and handling research requests with precision.
* **Communicating in a warm, empathetic manner**, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
* **Maintaining in-depth knowledge** of company and client programs, policies, and technology, with a focus on staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
* **Supporting team operations** during peak times or absences, with a focus on maintaining seamless service and ensuring that customer needs are met.

**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* **Be at least 18 years old** and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
* **Have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience**.
* **Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting**.
* **Comply with camera requirements for meetings and training**.
* **Have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection** to support business needs.
* **Have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection**.
* **Have working knowledge of computers and Windows applications**.
* **Complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download**.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* **1+ years of previous call center experience**.
