We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Connecting with potential clients through an automated dialer and engaging in high-volume calls to identify qualified leads * Multitasking and managing multiple windows to efficiently handle calls, emails, and other customer interactions * Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates * Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts to ensure seamless customer interactions * Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments * Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality protocols * Assisting with other projects as needed and contributing to the growth and success of the team * Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and resolving issues * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * A competitive spirit, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets * A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) * High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB) * A strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, with a minimum of 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs * Strong knowledge of CRM software and data management systems * Experience with training and development programs, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, vision, and dental coverage * Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) * Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development * A comprehensive training program, with ongoing support and coaching **Work Environment and Schedule** Our remote call center operates on a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, with the following hours: * Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern * Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern * Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
