**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Fluency in both French and English
* 1+ year of experience in customer service
* High school diploma or equivalent
* A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
