**Job Summary**
As an Email/Chat Support Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat and email support. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email in a timely and professional manner
* Analyze customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
* Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them on a priority basis
* Utilize help desk software and remote support tools to provide efficient support
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
* Graduation is mandatory (10+ three years of diploma can also apply)
* Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
* Understanding of how CRM systems work
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Multi-tasking abilities
* Patience when handling tough cases
* Proficiency in English and other regional languages
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a similar role in a BPO or customer service environment
* Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills

* Flexible to work on a shift basis, including rotational day shifts
