The Digital Media Operations Leader will be responsible for leading a team of client service managers in supporting assigned sales representatives and related clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing. This role will focus on delivering effective media plans that maximize revenue, managing team responsibilities, and contributing to the development of operational processes that drive quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of overall experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in ad tech. The candidate should have team management experience, be proficient in defining and advancing processes, and have a deep understanding of digital media, including video, automatic, and CTV advertising.
