Experienced Delivery and Customer Service Representative with CDL Requirement – Propane Industry Leader

About the Role As a local Delivery Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering propane to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes, adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations, as well as blithequark's Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures. Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane, and deliver propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers. Perform all daily functions in a safe manner, using required Personal Protective Equipment and following all safety protocols. Work 8 to 12-hour shifts, including weekends, on-call, and overtime, as needed, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of propane to our customers. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications Valid class A or B CDL, with willingness to obtain hazmat and tanker endorsements (reimbursements provided). Acceptable driving record, with a satisfactory completion of a DOT physical, drug test, and background check. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the propane industry or a related field, with knowledge of safety protocols and regulations. Experience with delivery operations, logistics, and customer service. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
